However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund or cancellation is requested. Below are the guidelines that govern our refund policy:
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
Pre-Service Cancellation: If you cancel the service before it has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.
Service Not as Described: If the services provided significantly deviate from the description outlined in the contract, clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Technical Issues: If services are not delivered due to technical issues from our end that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 business hours), you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Exclusions
Services Already Rendered: Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been fully rendered or substantially completed.
Client-Initiated Delays: If a project or service is delayed due to a lack of timely response or required input from the client, refunds will not be available.
Force Majeure: Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

Refund Process
Request Submission: Clients must submit refund requests in writing via email to refunds@bpemcon.com within 14 days of service commencement or the incident in question.
Review Period: All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for our team to investigate and process the request.
Approval or Denial: Once your refund request has been reviewed, you will be notified of the approval or denial. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Service Modifications or Adjustments
If the client requests a change in the scope of services mid-project, additional fees may apply. Any disputes regarding the modified services will not be eligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable Deposits
For certain long-term or high-value contracts, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure service commencement. These deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Dispute Resolution
If there are concerns regarding service quality or contractual obligations, we encourage clients to first reach out to their account manager to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, clients may escalate the issue by contacting disputes@bpemcon.com.
